Staburo @ PSI/EFSPI Vaccines Statistics Workshop

On October 23, 2025, Staburo, represented by Tim Müller, attended the PSI/EFSPI Vaccines Statistics Workshop at the GSK site in Wavre. The workshop brought together a focused group of highly knowledgeable statisticians and researchers working in vaccines and infectious diseases. 

Tim enjoyed meeting familiar and new faces, and had engaging discussions with speakers and participants alike. Sessions on surrogate and correlates of protection, Bayesian methods, and modeling approaches sparked particularly interesting conversations. 

GSK was great at hosting the event on their site, providing an excellent setting for knowledge exchange and collaboration. Overall, it was an inspiring day that highlighted the exciting work happening in infectious disease statistics. Staburo is proud to contribute to this field and looks forward to continuing these discussions with peers and collaborators.
