Staburo contributes to bioinformatic analysis in psoriasis phase 2 study

We are pleased that part of our work has been published as a letter to the author in the Journal of investigative dermatology.

In this publication we supported the bioinformatic analysis in a study investigating the effect of spesolimab on microRNA expression in generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP). It was the first time investigating the role of microRNAs in both skin and blood samples of patients with GPP.

Staburo assisted in data analysis and visualisation as well as in biological interpretation and identified a set of 5 core microRNA that showed consistent dysregulation in GPP and modulation upon spesolimab treatment.
