A couple of days ago we came together in Munich for our annual Christmas party. All colleagues from Munich, the surrounding area or even from other cities met at Nockherberg for our first Staburo ice curling company event. Our colleagues played across teams enthusiastic and fully committed on four lanes, drank mulled wine, and enjoyed the winter wonderland.
O’ zapft is or was – the Staburo annual Wiesn event took place a few days ago. The Oktoberfest is one of Staburo’s annual team events.
This year we were lucky again and had enough tables (70 seats) for the whole team and long-time customers in the Braurösl tent. We are looking back to an entertaining evening including, singing, and dancing within the tent and to some exciting roller coaster rides for some of our colleagues.
Of course, our running and walking event could not be missing in our Staburo team event series this year either. It was already the third self-organized company run. End of July on a summer day with mixed weather forecast, around 30 colleagues of our team met at English garden for the annual run and walk event.
Staburo has been working reliably and very well in data science projects with CRS – Clinical Research Services Management GmbH – for several years now.
In this context, it is an honour to announce that Staburo is one of CRS official network partners, together with Physiogenex and FGK, which are also shown on the CRS website.
A few days ago the time had come for our Staburo summer party.
On a late Wednesday afternoon all Staburo employees including families met at the event location Rothof in Munich Bogenhausen.
The day started with mixed weather, but right at the start of our event it was dry, sunny and warm.
Our Isar Picnic has become a regular team event in recent years. So, the entire team was already looking forward to our relaxed and nice get-together. The weather forecast for our selected day was fresh 10 degrees Celsius and constant rain. Therefore, we spontaneously changed it to an “indoor picnic” and came together in the late afternoon in our office.
Since our team grew substantially, we searched, appointed, and enabled a bigger management team at Staburo, consisting of two heads (of departments) and six directors (focus on data science topics). We want to give them a chance to talk about themselves and their passion! Therefore, we publish a mini news series about the management team members and will continue and at the same time end this series with our Director Programming and Visualisation, Angelika Böhm.
Since our team grew substantially, we searched, appointed, and enabled a bigger management team at Staburo, consisting of two heads (of departments) and six directors (focus on data science topics). We want to give them a chance to talk about themselves and their passion! Therefore, we publish a mini news series about the management team members and will continue with our Director Biostatistics, Lena Herich.
On a Friday night, 18 Staburo team members, 6 big pizzas, popcorn, a bunch of other snacks, soft drinks, and beer. What could this mean? It was about time for our Staburo team movie night.
Finally, the time had come – some of our colleagues have been waiting for years for this event to happen. Originally it was planned in Friday, 13 (!) March 2020. What happened next is still known to us all.
The anticipation for our annual Christmas party was great this year – finally an on-site Christmas party again. In the late afternoon, all Staburo team members met at Marienplatz in Munich. It was time for a city rallye, quizzes and riddles around the old-town, organized by the amazing guides from Weis(s)er Stadtvogel.
