Working Student Human Resources (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You support HR related topics and manage subprojects on your own responsibility.
  • You coordinate recruiting processes.
  • You assist the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • You take over administrative tasks in Human Resources (e.g., time recording, holidays, sick days, virtual personnel files).

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business administration or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources.
  • Experience in the field of human resources is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and Outlook
  • Precise and accurate way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
  • As a working student (f/m/d), you are available for up to 20 hours per week, whereby you can flexibly adjust your working hours to your schedule – starting immediately!

Your responsiblities will include:

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from creating the job advertisement to conducting interviews and finalising the contract.
  • You support onboarding and offboarding as well as the training of employees.
  • You will take on administrative tasks in Human Resources (e.g., time recording, leave, sick days, virtual personnel file).
  • You prepare payroll accounting and ensure its quality.
  • You will be responsible for implementing personnel development measures.
  • You coordinate and organise appointments for the management.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business administration or social science degree with a focus on human resources management or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of human resources management
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Precise and accurate way of working, fast comprehension, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative

Quality Assurance Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You support the definition and implementation of the strategy and goals of Quality Assurance (QA) in the company, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements (especially GCP).
  • You plan, manage, and monitor of all QA activities.
  • You are responsible for the life-cycle management of all QA documents. You coordinate the creation, review, and approval of all QA documents.
  • You ensure compliance with training requirements and conduct internal trainings.
  • You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree with a focus on quality management, health sciences or comparable degree
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance of pharmaceutical companies or companies working in the strictly regulated area is an advantage
  • Good ability to balance regulatory requirements, customer needs and company opportunities as well as the flexibility to adapt quickly to new requirements
  • Excellent verbal skills and a high level of written accuracy
  • Independent, precise, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Very good English skills (all QA documents are written in English), German is an advantage

Data Scientist – NGS analysis / Bioinformatics (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of multiomics data (e.g., NGS, transcriptomics, metabolomics) in clinical focus
  • Supporting the development and implementation of analysis pipelines
  • Implementation and reporting of exploratory biomarker analysis
  • Using software, databases, and technologies in a regulated environment, following quality and documentation standards
  • Supporting the bioinformatics and statistics team, as well as independent work in exciting projects

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in bioinformatics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent education
  • Experience in analysing multiomics and biomarker data (e.g., NGS data including transcriptomics)
  • Very good programming skills in R / Bioconductor; Python, Shell-scripting, Git is a plus
  • Good overview of state-of-the-art bioinformatics tools and proven record of the ability to collect, combine and analyse complex types of data
  • Solid knowledge in statistics, quantitative data analysis and machine learning
  • Basic experience using high-performance computing cluster and Linux
  • Fast comprehension, analytical thinking, teamwork and a high degree of initiative, willingness to learn
  • Creativity and joy in solving complex analytical questions
  • Very good English skills, German is an advantage

Trainee Biostatistics (m/w/d)

 

Sie werden durch intensives Training und Betreuung an folgende Aufgabengebiete herangeführt:

  • Auswertung klinischer Studien der Phasen I – IV und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Statistische Programmierung (SAS mit SDTM und ADaM; R)
  • Programmvalidierung von klinischen Studien
  • Unterstützung der Statistikabteilung
  • Mitarbeit an SAPs und Studiendesign

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor Abschluss stehendes Studium im Bereich Statistik, Data Science, Mathematik, Physik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit klarem Statistikfokus
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der statistischen Programmierung oder klinischen Forschung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in statistischen Analysetools (SAS, R)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hands on data processing and analysis of high dimensional clinical data (e.g., biomarker, gene expression data)
  • Develop predictive models, perform signature search, dimension reduction and cut-point determination using advanced statistical and machine learning methods
  • Strong focus on R programming including R package development and shiny applications
  • Development of reusable algorithms that can be used in applications
  • Data visualization using interactive frameworks (e.g., R package plotly, D3.js)

Your profile:

  • University degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or equivalent education
  • At least two years of experience in data analysis and clinical research
  • Strong expertise in advanced statistical methods, multivariate statistics, and machine learning
