Aufbauend auf unseren 6 Säulen (Klinische Statistik, Translationale Medizin & Biomarker, Pharmakokinetik/-dynamik, Nutzenbewertung, Nichtklinische Statistik und Statistische Programmierung mit CDISC) erarbeiten wir in Projektteams maßgeschneiderte Lösungen. Unsere Kunden sind renommierte Pharmafirmen (7 der Top 20), CROs und Biotechunternehmen, mit denen wir flexibel und gerne auch vor Ort zusammenarbeiten.

Zur Erweiterung unseres derzeit 40-köpfigen Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Festanstellung in München (oder auch in Heidelberg, Berlin oder home-based) einen

Senior Biostatistician (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabengebiete:
  • Auswertung klinischer Studien der Phasen I – IV und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Statistische Programmierung (SAS mit SDTM und ADaM; R)
  • Programmvalidierung von klinischen Studien
  • Unterstützung bei der Studien- und Patientenfallzahlplanung
  • Erstellung der SAPs und der Studiendesigns
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter und Kunden
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Statistik, Mathematik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gutes methodisches Wissen im Bereich klinische Statistik
  • Mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Statistiker mit Verantwortung für klinische Studien
  • Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse, besonders mit statistischen Analysetools (SAS, R)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

To expand our team (preferable in Munich, but we do also consider applications from Heidelberg, Berlin or home-based) we are looking for a

Data Scientist in clinical research (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hands on data processing and analysis of high dimensional clinical data (e.g. biomarker, gene expression data)
  • Experience with predictive models, signatures search, dimension reduction, cut-point determination using advanced statistical and machine learning methods
  • Strong expertise in R programming including R package development and shiny applications
  • Development of reusable algorithms that can be used in applications
  • Data visualization using interactive frameworks (e.g. R package plotly, D3.js)
  • Direct point of contact for employees and customers

Your profile:

  • University degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent education
  • At least two years of experience in data analysis and clinical research
  • Very good IT expertise, especially with statistical analysis tools (R required, SAS is a plus)
  • Quick learning and analytical skills
  • Team player with high degree of initiative
  • Good English skills, German is an advantage

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development of R Shiny Apps for various data science applications in healthcare
  • Perform high-dimensional biomarker analyses
  • Support in Data Science & Big Data projects
  • Identification of subgroups, e.g. by using cluster analysis or principal component analysis
  • Development of R packages, e.g. subgroup analysis or cut-point detection

Your profile:

  • Studies in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar direction
  • Knowledge on multivariate methods, supervised and unsupervised methods would be an advantage
  • Advanced programming skills in R, experience with development of R packages, would be an advantage
  • Fast comprehension and analytical thinking
  • Teamwork and a high degree of initiative

System Administrator (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administration and development of IT infrastructure
  • Administration of Windows servers (active directory hybrid deployment) and Linux servers
  • Planning and rollout of deployment of software to clients
  • Administration of network infrastructure including firewall and VPN
  • Administration of project-based access rights
  • Validation of software systems and management of backup solution
  • General IT support for the team
Your profile:
  • Apprenticeship as system integrator, university degree in computer science, or equivalent education
  • At least two years of experience as system administrator
  • At least two years of experience with Windows Server (admin-level)
  • Knowledge of terminal server solution with RDP
  • Very good IT expertise, with knowledge in software and platform validation according to GAMP5
  • Good English skills, German is an advantage
