After an inspiring and insightful week of feedback workshops conducted by BerlinAlley, we wrapped things up in the most festive way possible: our annual Christmas party!
We kicked off the evening in the company canteen, where the smell of homemade Glühwein and Punsch set the perfect holiday mood. Naturally, no Christmas gathering in Staburo would be complete without an abundant supply of Lebkuchen, because if you know us, you know that having enough Lebkuchen isn’t just a tradition, it’s practically a core value.
Once everyone was warmed up, the real adventure began. We headed out into the heart of Munich for a treasure hunt that challenged our teamwork and creativity. With quizzes and photo challenges, each team made their way through the city in search of clues. The mission: uncover the secret password required to enter our dinner location.
Step by step, clue by clue, we finally arrived, password in hand, ready for the next highlight of the evening. Inside, a cozy atmosphere and delicious food awaited us. We spent the rest of the night enjoying great conversations and laughter, an ideal ending to a busy and inspiring week!
