For the 4th time, Staburo Health Day took place and this year’s we focused on mindfulness and mental wellbeing, topics that are becoming increasingly important in today’s fast-moving work environment and in our everyday lives.
The day began with a simple and healthy start: Everyone was invited to try our specially prepared “Staburo Health Day Muesli.” to have energy for the day.
The day offered a variety of valuable insights through expert talks, giving us fresh perspectives on mental health and wellbeing. At the same time, we made sure to bring these ideas into practice. During a mindfulness session led by our colleague Laura, we engaged in some stretching and breathing exercises, taking a moment to slow down, recharge, and refocus.
In the afternoon, we continued our wellbeing journey with a healthy break. Instead of the usual coffee, we tried Golden Milk, a warm and spicy drink that was new to many of us.
Overall, it was a great day to spent time as a team, get some new inspirations and taking some time to focus on health. We are already looking forward to the next Health Day and other exciting activities like our yearly run & walk event or bike challenge.
