On 1 July, Staburo hosted a full-day internal event that brought together strategic alignment and team celebration in a very special way. The day started with our Strategy Workshop from 09:00 to 15:00, where we took the time to step back from day-to-day work and focus on the bigger picture. Together, we discussed key strategic topics, reflected on current priorities, and defined goals that will guide us going forward. It was a valuable opportunity to align perspectives, exchange ideas across teams, and shape a shared vision for the future of the company.
In the evening, the atmosphere shifted from focused discussion to celebration as we continued with our annual Summer Party. Colleagues joined both on-site and remotely, creating a truly connected experience across locations. Even though the weather was not fully on our side, it did not take away from the positive energy throughout the evening.
We enjoyed a relaxed grill buffet prepared by our canteen, great music from our DJ, and plenty of time to connect informally across teams. Conversations quickly filled the space, and it was great to see people come together outside of their usual project work.
A highlight of the evening was a fun quiz featuring surprising and entertaining facts about colleagues, which brought a lot of laughter and made the event feel even more personal and engaging. Overall, the combination of strategic focus during the day and shared celebration in the evening made the event especially meaningful, strengthening both alignment and team spirit across Staburo. We are already looking forward to building on these discussions and to many more shared moments ahead.
