The 7th Staburo Health Data Science Summit brought together experts from the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries to explore the evolving role of biomarkers and data science in advancing precision medicine.
With contributions from leading organizations, including Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Staburo, the summit provided a platform for discussing innovative approaches to clinical development, biomarker discovery, and data-driven decision-making.
The agenda covered a broad range of topics at the intersection of biomedical research, statistics, and data science, including:
- Biomarkers in clinical development: Recent developments in stem cell transplantation, predictive biomarkers, and omics biomarkers.
- Statistics and data-driven decision-making: Approaches to translating precision medicine into practical applications across pharmaceutical development.
- AI and clinical trials: New perspectives on clinical trial success prediction and the role of artificial intelligence in clinical research.
- Advanced statistical methods for ctDNA: Survival analysis, longitudinal ctDNA trajectories, and tumor growth models.
- AI-based diagnostics: From biomarker discovery to the clinical deployment of AI-based diagnostic testing.
The summit welcomed around 100 participants, including both on-site and online attendees, fostering engaging discussions, valuable insights, and a great exchange of ideas.
We thank all speakers and participants for the engaging discussions, valuable insights, and great exchange of ideas. We look forward to welcoming everyone again next year!
